Karen Paige is a compassionate and highly skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, educator, and transformational coach dedicated to patient-centered care and professional mentorship. With over a decade of experience in critical care, hemodialysis management, and nursing education, Karen is recognized as a leader in the healthcare field, blending medical expertise with a heart for service.
Her journey into healthcare was deeply personal, shaped by her experience as a young mother navigating the complexities of caring for a medically fragile child. Inspired by the support and unwavering kindness of a nurse who guided her during that challenging time, Karen embraced her calling to become "Your Karing Nurse Practitioner"—a provider who leads with empathy, listening, and a deep understanding of people.
Karen currently serves as the Lead Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, overseeing patient care, managing medical teams, and guiding future medical professionals as an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College. She is passionate about mentorship and professional development, ensuring that those under her leadership grow in knowledge and confidence.
Beyond her clinical and academic roles, Karen is the Founder of Paige Enterprizes LLC, a company dedicated to helping healthcare professionals prioritize self-care, self-love, and personal empowerment.
